Questions about payment
How do I pay?
By card, every month, through Stripe. Secuenza never sees or stores your card details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe emails you the invoice with every payment, with your company details. You’ll also find them in My account.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Secuenza Pro is sold to businesses and the self-employed, and the price is the same for everyone: in Spain it already includes VAT. A business in another EU country with a valid VAT number isn’t charged VAT (reverse charge), and neither is anyone outside the EU: they pay the same price, without VAT.
Is the launch price for ever?
You keep it for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from My account, with no minimum term. You keep Pro until the end of the paid month and then go back to the free version without losing anything.
Does one licence cover several PCs?
No: each licence goes with its own email address and is used on one PC. If you change computers, you move it in a minute from the program or from My account.
Is there annual billing or a free Pro trial?
No. Pro is monthly, and the free version lets you try Secuenza for as long as you like.
