What’s new
What each version of Secuenza brings. The program updates itself: there’s nothing to download.
1.0.4 · October 2026
- “Create a version in another language…” goes straight to the translation: the prompt with the email is already copied, you paste it into your AI and paste its answer here. If you’d rather translate it yourself, the version starts as a copy of the text, as before.
1.0.3 · October 2026
- With several mailboxes, each one sends at its own pace. Before, the pause of the slowest mailbox held back the others, and far fewer emails went out than their limits allowed.
1.0.2 · October 2026
- Test emails and the email preview carry the “Sent with Secuenza” footer when it applies, just like real emails.
- The editor warns that a hand-written HTML email goes out as it is: the signature from your company details isn’t added.
1.0.1 · October 2026
- Fixed: with a long sending history, the program froze and failed to save. Working out the next sends took minutes and kept the database locked meanwhile; it now takes under a second.
- Company details: the “Sent with Secuenza” footer, with the word Secuenza linked to www.secuenza.eu, goes in every email by default. With Pro you can remove it.
- After adding a contact, you go back to the contacts list.
- Templates explains how to create a new one: from an email, with “Save as template”.
1.0 · October 2026
- First stable version of Secuenza: download it from the website, under Download, and it updates itself.
- Secuenza Pro can now be bought on the website, at the launch price.
0.1.12 · October 2026
- Two .NET cryptography components with a known security flaw have been updated. This affects how bounced emails and replies are read.
0.1.11 · October 2026
- Running campaigns that share a mailbox now share the sending: each email comes from the one that has sent the least today, and a campaign you start while another fills the queue begins sending within a quarter of an hour. Before, one campaign could take several days’ worth of quota.
- The estimate of when each campaign will finish (Pro) uses the same split.
0.1.10 · October 2026
- Campaigns can now be archived: they stop sending and accepting sign-ups, and leave the campaign list without losing anything. Tick “Also show archived” to see them again, and restore any of them from its own page.
0.1.9 · October 2026
- The code of your emails no longer includes the secuenza.com domain: the fewer domains an email carries, the fewer reasons a filter has to reject it.
- The blocklist check in Senders no longer reports a domain as listed when the list simply doesn’t answer.
0.1.8 · October 2026
- New Safety section: what the brake has stopped, your bounces, unsubscribes and complaints against their limits, how Secuenza protects your sending, and short guides to staying out of spam.
- Images in your emails: upload them from the program, in an Image block or in the HTML, with their alt text and, if you like, a link. Secuenza fits them to the width of the email and keeps them in your account.
- Sign-ups from your website: under “Form and API”, each campaign has a form to paste into your website and an API for your own system. Anyone who signs up joins the campaign and, if they weren’t a contact yet, is created.
- F1 opens Help.
0.1.7 · October 2026
- The safety brake no longer stops a provider by mistake: it waits two days for emails to be opened, and it also counts opens from Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com, which come through their image proxy.
- The brake notice says which provider it has stopped and why, and you can resume sending to it from Home or from Settings › Sending.
- Inactive contact clean-up counts those opens too: people who read your emails in Gmail without clicking no longer stop receiving them. Anyone who had become inactive only because of this receives them again.
0.1.6 · October 2026
- The campaign list has more room: wider cards, long names wrap onto a second line, and the status and figures no longer spill out of the card.
- Links that show an address (for example, “www.yourcompany.com” in your signature) no longer pass through Secuenza to measure clicks: text that shows one domain with a link to another is exactly what anti-phishing filters look for.
- Anyone who views the email source will see it was sent with Secuenza. It does not show in the email itself.
0.1.5 · October 2026
- If your account is registered on another PC, the previous one no longer says “No connection to Secuenza”: it explains that the licence has moved and lets you register it again, with another account or with the same one and its code.
0.1.4 · October 2026
- Secuenza is signed by Tude Consultores Informáticos, S.L.: Windows and antivirus software know who publishes it.
- When you save an email as a template, the suggested name reads naturally (“An idea for your company”).
- In a campaign with nothing sent yet, empty figures are no longer shown in red.
0.1.3 · October 2026
- Searches ignore capitals and accents: “garcia” finds García, also by first and last name together.
- Quick search (Ctrl+K) also looks in last names and in each mailbox’s sender name.
- First and last names in each email’s tracking, in “Replied” and in Results.
- A mailbox’s warm-up no longer announces more emails per day than its limit.
- Clearer unsubscribe and deletion dialogs.
0.1.2 · October 2026
- Settings › Connection to Secuenza explains what it’s for and how often it connects.
- The setup assistant mentions that you can add the logo later.
- Senders explains that with Pro you can have a sender for each project.
- Fixed an error that sometimes appeared when opening a mailbox.
0.1.1 · October 2026
Touch-ups after the first tests.
- Everything fits in a small window: the whole contact list, tidy figures and the Secuenza symbol in the sidebar.
- Subjects show fields as a label: “An idea for [Company]”.
- Home shows the latest activity even if you’ve just opened the program.
- Results with first and last names. A contact’s page explains when their emails came from a deleted campaign.
- The setup assistant suggests the company details you gave when you registered.
- If your account already has its licence on another PC, registration takes you to My account to recover the code.
- Templates and prompts write the fields in their own language.
0.1 · October 2026
The first version, in testing.
- Campaigns with email sequences that send themselves, with their days to wait, each country’s working hours and public holidays.
- Sending from your own mailbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, IONOS and the email of almost any hosting company), with limits, warm-up and safety brake.
- Domain checks (SPF, DKIM, DMARC and more) with the steps to fix them.
- A spam check for every email and ready-made prompts to write with AI.
- Contact import from Excel or CSV, with lists, tags, segments and the legal basis for each contact.
- Opens (separated from automatic ones), clicks, unsubscribes, bounced emails and who to call.
- Daily backups and moving to another PC.
- In five languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian and German.
