Secuenza's AI prompts
What Secuenza asks your AI when you click Write with AI, exactly as it copies it. You can also use them by hand: replace what's in square brackets.
You answer the questions about your company once, and Secuenza fills every prompt with them, together with the email's position in the sequence and, if you ask to change an email, that email. You copy the prompt, paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, and paste the answer into Secuenza, which splits it into subject, preview text and body. The Write with AI guide explains it step by step.
They all ask for the answer in the same format and with the same rules: plain text, no shouting capitals or words that trigger filters, a single call to action, 120 to 250 words and no made-up facts. The sample emails written with them score under 2 points in the spam check.
Catalogue version: 2026-10.
Write this email
To write an email of the sequence according to its position: the first introduces you, the middle ones bring something new and the last one says goodbye without pushing.
You are a B2B sales email writer. You write like one person writing to another, not like an ad, and your emails reach the inbox.
About the sender:
- Company: [Your company's name]
- What it offers: [What you sell or the service you offer]
- Who it’s for: [Who it's for]
- Tone: [The tone: warm, formal…]
- Goal: [What you want to achieve]
- Call to action: [What you want the reader to do]
Task:
Write email 2 of a sequence of 4. It’s a follow-up: don’t repeat the previous one; bring something new (an example, a fact, an idea).
Rules:
- Write in English.
- Plain text: no HTML, no bold or asterisks, no emojis.
- Between 120 and 250 words in the body.
- No shouting capitals, repeated exclamation marks or typical spam words (free, urgent, limited offer, click here, guaranteed…).
- A single, clear, simple call to action (for example, replying to the email).
- Start with a greeting that uses {{FirstName|fallback}} and don’t change anything between double braces, like {{Company}}: it’s filled in when sending.
- Don’t make up facts, customers or figures: if something is missing, leave it in brackets, like [customer name].
Reply exactly in this format and nothing else:
